This is my campaign site. I run it myself, and I read everything that comes through it myself. Here is exactly what happens with anything you share here.
Effective September 28, 2026.
The signup form asks for your name, email, phone, street, and how you want to help. Name and email are the only required fields. The questionnaire on each plan page collects your answers and your comment if you leave one, plus your email or street if you choose to share them. Everything else is up to you.
The site is hosted by Netlify, and Netlify processes the forms. When you press submit, your entry is stored in the site's Netlify account and a copy is emailed to Raymond4Galveston@gmail.com, which runs on Google's Gmail. Those are the only two places it lives, and I am the one reading it.
I use what you share to write you back personally and to send you campaign and community updates. If you leave a phone number, I may call or text you myself about the campaign. No robocalls and no autodialers. Tell me to stop and I will.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and I do not share it with anyone outside the campaign except the two services named above that move it from the form to my inbox.
Each plan questionnaire has a checkbox that reads "You can share my comment on this page." If you check it, I may publish your comment with your first name only. If you leave it unchecked, your comment stays between us.
It is a political self-portrait in forty-four statements. Your answers are scored on your own device and saved only in your own browser. They are never sent to me, to Netlify, or to anyone else. The only copy is yours.
Like most sites, this one uses a few outside services to work. Netlify collects basic performance numbers on every page, such as how fast the page loaded. Those numbers never include anything you type. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google. The rapid response page embeds videos through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, which loads from YouTube if you press play. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no ad trackers.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
